I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing me to practice independently in the state of Colorado. I hold a Bachelors in Social Work from Illinois State University, and a Masters in Social Work from University of Denver. I also have additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention!
I’ve been in individual clinical outpatient work for 3 years, primarily focusing on work with adult women who deal with trauma, anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism.
Prior to doing individual therapy, I focused on crisis work in a children’s emergency department, created and implemented programming at a residential behavioral facility, and facilitated group sessions at a detox facility. All this experience helped me become the therapist I am today, and I absolutely love the outpatient work I am able to do now! -
I provide in person sessions at my office in the Capitol Hill area of Denver, at 789 Sherman St #232.
I also provide telehealth appointments, allowing you to join virtually from anywhere in the state of Colorado.
I am currently licensed only in the state of Colorado, meaning I am unable to accept out-of-state telehealth clients at this time. -
I offer individual therapy services at a rate of $175 for a 50 minute session, and I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request to help you seek reimbursement through your insurance.
-
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is due at the time of your session.
Upon request, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts and eligibility vary depending on your specific insurance plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits before beginning therapy.
Please reach out with any questions- I’m happy to help however I can! -
My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as yourself, feel truly heard, and explore everything without fear of judgment.
I believe there’s room for both depth and a little humor in therapy. We can hold space for the difficult things while still making room for being human. -
Our sessions make space for whatever is coming up in your life right now, while keeping sight of the bigger picture. We’ll talk through current challenges, notice patterns, and connect the dots to the deeper themes and goals we’re working toward together. I want our time to feel relevant to your everyday life while helping you build a deeper understanding of yourself and move toward meaningful change.
